If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, notify us immediately to exchange it or return it for a store credit. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to ship it back to us for a full refund. There are some circumstances where the order has already been shipped but the tracking information has not been manually sent yet.
We understand that your return shipments may take some time to arrive back at our facility, so we just need the returned items to be shipped out back to us within 30 days to be eligible for return or exchange. Any claims beyond the 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged. Products must be returned unused in their original state at customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Perishable goods such as edible items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return or exchange, we require an online receipt or proof of purchase emailed to email@example.com AND send your item to: The Flour Girl, P.O BOX 66043, L1V 6P7, Pickering, Ontario, Canada. If a refund is approved, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving your item(s). If an exchange is approved, your new item will be processed and shipped within business 10 days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Items that are damaged by misuse will not be refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
